It's been a while since I posted and the truth is I have just been terribly lazy but now I am back pushing myself to share more "magical moments." 

Recently, I learned about magic moments at this place called YourDay Lifestyle B.AL.A.N.C.E.  YourDay is a well-being fit community and I have met some of the most brilliant people in this place.  My connection is over the last year I had really been looking for ways to improve my overall well-being, like struggling both internally and externally. Externally,  wasn't as much of a challenge just being consistent was my downfall.  My routine was I would go through these periods of  life where physical fitness was everything and I could get into shape and be fit in a matter of months and maintain this level for a little while but it was sustainable.  The thing was I looked great but I didn't always feel great...inside. 

Internally, it has always been easy to shrug things off that really matter as things that dont. Huge problem and this is where YourDay has been beneficial.

So Epiphany...I learned that internal healing from the everyday pressures of life and disappointments all begin with self awareness, mindfulness and consciousness. Sometimes a reflection of your internal prognosis reflects on the outside how you  are feeling, what you may be going through and this will eventually show up in your physical fitness. Could stress and bad weight be a reflection of the heavy burdens you are carrying in life?  Possibly, or it might also be so much more. So my focus for the past year has been to change my attitude and approach to well-being so that I can be a better light for the world. 

First, I gave up my membership to LA Fitness not because it was a terrible gym experience but I am past the stage of building breakable routines. What happened? I used the gym to get in shape, I got fit, but I fell out of shape, I gained bad weight and this cycle became vicious. Sure you can workout, get fit and achieve your physical goals....but what I have found is that its only with community that you sustain yourself and become a stronger person. Its through the energy of others whether that's a spouse, a child, or friend that you survive. We are built to support each other.

 Magic moment, which we all have daily "Be concerned with everything that goes on inside you. Just because its not seen does not mean its not felt by you or others"  We cannot afford to lose good people, minds and souls to negative strongholds and other internal battles we face.  So get Fit..it because ts always YOURDAY.
