"You are awesome..seriously"
Certainly, there are power in yours words and there is power in positive thinking. What you speak, you manifest and what you manifest you actualize or realize. Everyone has the ability to be great, and awesome, in fact, I am sure everyone is great and awesome in their own way but the difference between those who "can be great" and those who know they are great is mindset. Your words, your compassion, your kindness and your character to people is a reflection of your conscious vibration, its your power and most importantly your awesomeness. I had a great conversation with a friend a few weeks back who challenged me to change my mindset. Live in the now moment, recognized that you are valuable. It made me think about a friend who by the way I really miss who recommended this book: The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Check it out. Interesting how this circled back.
Look it doesn't matter what schools you have gone to, where you have worked or any of that stuff because your awesomeness is built on character and integrity. Its how you rebound after taking shots or blows. Its easy to have your awesomeness, and dopeness overshadowed by people or experiences who reject you. Rejection feels awful and you are often left with no explanations. I've personally had my share of rejections and although I don't always understand them, I try to remain awesome even when the experience or person says you are not or that is implied (a judgement). I even try to empathize with what may have caused the experience to lose vibrant energy - because the energy is usually the root cause for the rejection. In the end, if you are awesome then you have to know this and also know its the other entities loss unfortunately. Its how you handle yourself in these adverse moments which makes you awesome. I'm willing to bet everyone has had adverse moments and in these moments have handled the situation not well or have received the experience as not being well. It should not effect your awesomeness EVER. After so many years of rejection, I understand lots of times its not even personal its just an experience preparing you for the ultimate experience which I hope is joy and happiness Everyone has different appreciations, characteristics, and experiences which shape who they are and tapping into your awesomeness is critical for remaining in balance. Its healing and its healthy. My same friend who recommended the power of now once told me years later " you don't realize how much you have done for me (translation awesome) ....its more than you know" and my reaction was I was just being me - trying to be awesome. Trying to show them that they are awesome too - no matter what. Instead of evaluating your worth from the rejection of something or someone keeping the right mindset or as Steve Convey says the main thing the main thing activates your power - usually within yourself and within others. Just reflect that back to people and hopefully they will see how dope they are too.

Be well,
Vic
